Happy Valentine’s Day, darlings!
Today is one of the most loving days of the year, and I am so happy to have someone special in my life to share it with. This year marks Scott and I’s fifth Valentine’s Day together, and it’s bound to be a day full of love and laughter.

Today we have plans for a nice breakfast together in downtown Phoenix, and then we’re going to see Ben Kweller (one of our all-time favorite musicians) this evening in Tempe. Ben Kweller’s music has always been special to Scott and I’s relationship, and it’s going to be extra sweet to see him together for the first time on Valentine’s Day.
Over the past five years Scott and I have alway had lovely, and very memorable Valentine’s Days. Last year he cooked me dinner, which included heart shaped pasta, gnocchi, and heart shaped bread. We also have an amazing tiny cake from Tammie Coe Cakes in Phoenix. One year he bought me my favorite flowers, sunflowers, and put them in the cutest tin watering can. Scott really is such a thoughtful guy.
