Now that I’m back from Colorado I thought I would share some photos from before I left, when Scott and I had a breakfast date at the much loved Liberty Market.

This particular morning Scott had a late class, and I had no class at all, so we jumped at the chance to have a nice breakfast together. Liberty Market has the best breakfast plates, and the best coffee as well. It is one of my favorite local restaurants!
Even though it’s nearing the end of December, and winter has officially begun, the trees in Arizona think it’s the beginning of fall and are finally turning colors (the most beautiful yellow, oranges, and reds).
Seeing these trees melt my heart, and make me want to live somewhere where they turn a little sooner, and a little brighter.
It’s official, Christmas is only a few days away and I still have so much to do! Today will be for running errands, Christmas shopping, wrapping presents, and spending time with my love.
