The other morning Scott and I stopped at a cute new restaurant called Dream Cafe in downtown Grand Junction for some breakfast before heading out to Telluride, CO. There were quite a few people sitting in the patio area so we figured that the place had to be nice and made good food. Once inside we were quite excited, as the inside was beautiful and Mid-Century Modern themed.
We both had a nice cup of coffee while waiting for our meals, and were able to chat and talk about future plans.

Our food was excellent, and very filling. Scott had three breakfast tacos, and an english muffin. I had a tofu scramble with an english muffin as well.
This was honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, and I’m so glad that Scott and I were able to share it together.
