Awhile back Scott told me about this wall that he had spotted while driving through old downtown Chandler. He said that it had an old Levi’s sign on it, and that we should go check it out sometime (I love old signs and murals). So the other day we headed down to Chandler for a little peek at it.
It was scorching hot this afternoon. I literally thought I was going to melt. It’s supposed to be cool in October, right? Well since this day the temperatures have come down quite a bit, but I hear they are going to go back up again soon. I crave for the days of gloomy skies, chilly winds, and hot drinks in hands.
The sign is pretty awesome. I have no idea how long it has been there, but I think it’s neat that the store that now occupies it made a point to leave the old signage visible. It’s a little piece of history, and from a company that is near and dear to my heart.
