Hello! My sweet friend Kelsey has this neat featured on her blog called “this month.” It’s all about projecting what you would like to be focused on and see happen in the coming month. So since its the beginning of a new month, I thought I would write my own “this month” thoughts. Without further adieu —
Eating – slices of this delicious cinnamon chip bread from The Great Harvest Bread Co., all the while doing my best to continue to eat healthy and whole foods.
Drinking – my favorite iced coffee with a shot of espresso from a new-to-me local shop, along with lots and lots of water.
Practicing – getting my day started early.
Mastering – the art of making our bed every day.
Learning – more about patience, life and myself.
Listening – to the new Jenny Lewis album and my Fall Vibes playlist on Spotify.
Playing – around with the idea of a fall trip to NYC. We shall see!
Reading – new-to-me issues of 3,191 Miles Apart, more books and more blog posts.
Watching – more movies and less reality tv (so bad, but so good).
Walking – more and more each day. I’ve been a couch potato lately!
Wearing – my summer staples while incorporating as many fall pieces in that I can.
Cooking – the basics. You gotta start somewhere!
Working – on my blog and continuing to write posts that I’m proud of.
Traveling – in and around the city.
Wanting – cooler weather and a trip up north for some fall weather.
