Hello, darlings! It’s Tuesday evening and I’m enjoying a few kitty snuggles and watching a little Bravo TV (guilty pleasure!). While I wait for Scott to get home from his Capstone presentation prep (the big day is Friday — send well wishes, pretty please!), I’ve been thinking a lot about my 26th year. This year was challenging in my ways, but it was also a huge blessing and has lead me to exactly where I feel like I should be at this point in my life. I have an amazing husband, a great career, a happy family, friends who I love and adore (and who love me back), this ol’ blog of mine (that has seen me through so many exciting years of my life) and so much more! While the idea of turning 27 slightly scares me (for silly reasons, really), I’m actually very excited to be another year older and wiser — plus, 27 is happy, feel-good kind of number (says my darling friend, Nicole!)

Speaking of May birthdays, do I have any fellow Taurus’ out there? I know they say we’re stubborn, but we’re also generous, dependable, patient (errr — may not have gotten that trait), independent and more. Sounds like a great mix to me! 😉
