Five and 1/2 months later and here I am finally sharing our maternity photos — but better late than never, right! 😉 Anyways, we took our maternity photos at 34 weeks pregnant with the incredibly talented Lynette of Hovering Heart Photography! Her film photography is just so dreamy and I knew I had to have her to capture this incredibly special moment in our lives. We shot these photos in one of our favorite desert areas outside of Phoenix and loved every moment of shooting our last set of photos as a duo.

I dreamed of wearing a version of the Doen carnation dress for our maternity photos the whole time I was pregnant — and it was everything I hoped it would be! I tell ya — Doen can do no wrong! Anywho, we will cherish these photos forever and it’s just now so crazy to hold our little Ace in our arms and remember that he was once still on the inside — kicking me as hard as he can and wiggle around to let us know he was almost ready to make his big debut!
