Yesterday the snow was coming down really good. Since it was so snowy, I really didn’t spend much time outside, but I did make time to brave the cold for a bit and take a few photos.
Since it was so snowy, and windy, most of my photos came out blurry. I’m still pretty happy with most of them though, and love how the photos show off the beautiful landscape (and my cozy socks, of course).

I bought these thigh-high socks about a year ago on sale at Target. I remember trying to wear them with a cute dress, but found them to be falling all the time. This time I paired them with a pair of jeggings, and cozy boots. The sock stayed up super well, even though I only had them pulled up to my knees, and kept me extra warm during the 20 or so degree day we were having.
Later in the afternoon I wasn’t feeling too great about my outdoor photos, so I decided to take a few photos inside of our hotel room by the window with the great view.
Today I am planning a trip Lionshead, a local shopping center only a few minutes from where we are staying. They have Starbucks there, and I have plans to get a huge coffee. For days now I’ve been drinking the free coffee out of the hospital cafeteria and really just need some decent coffee in me. I also plan on taking lots of photos, and maybe looking through a cute shop or two. I might also watch the skiers and snowboarders come down the mountain for a bit. I really want to ride the gondola up and down the mountain, but I’m afraid I might freeze!
Does the cold and snow make you want to stay inside? Do you ever feel stir crazy when the snow has kept you inside?
