Saving More This Holiday Season With Capital One Shopping

12.19.20

Capital One Shopping compensated me for this post.

It’s nearing the end of December and we all know what that means — Christmas is almost here! This will be Ace’s third Christmas and it’s already heading to be the best yet. He’s at such a fun age where he is seeing the magic in Santa, who he lovingly calls “Ho, Ho, Ho,” and is loving the idea of presents as he gets to unwrap a surprise from his Advent calendar each day this month.

Since this year’s plans are a little different than any other year, we’ve been finding more ways to create simple joys and magic in our household, not only for Ace, but for Scott and I as well. Among these simple joys is something that is helping to make our gig as Santa’s elves that much more simple — Capital One Shopping! This handy browser extension automatically applies coupon codes to your shopping cart and searches for a better price while you shop at Target, Amazon and more. You’ll see a little pop-up if a better offer is found on the item you’re looking for, including tax and shipping details.

This year I had my eyes on a few fun items for Ace, including a wooden pull ducky, headphones for my guy (shhh, don’t tell him!) and a few camera gadgets that Scott and I both had our eyes on. Knowing that saving for the future for our little guy feels more important than ever, I’m thrilled to have Capital One Shopping to help aid in our savings this year. Capital One Shopping is also completely free for everyone (Capital One customer or not) and won’t show ads or slow down your shopping experience. Capital One Shopping is also available for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft  Edge, & Safari.

I would love to hear about what is on your shopping to-do list this year and if you’ll be using Capital One Shopping to help you save big bucks this holiday season!
