Happy May!
I can’t believe it’s already May! Tomorrow is my birthday and on the 13th I graduate! WOW! Anyways, the other day I took a walk through downtown Phoenix. I was heading to an urban shopping center on the other side of downtown to grab a photo of it for my ASU blog, but along the way I thought it would be fun to grab some photos of the pretty buildings I saw while walking by. Here is what I saw:

This is one of my most favorite buildings in Phoenix. As of now, it sits vacant, but I have hopes that someone will buy it one day and turn it into something amazing.
Our lightrail system! For those who don’t live in the area, the lightrail is a train that goes from Mesa to Phoenix. Right now the route and path is kind of limited, but hopefully one day we’ll have an amazing lightrail system like they do in Portland.
Today I’m heading home from Cottonwood (AZ), but not before a pre-birthday celebration!
