Hello August! We’ve made it through the majority of the summer months and it feels like something fresh is on the horizon. I had an amazing reading this past week and it has me thinking a lot about life and how I dream the rest of the year will be. Dipping my toes in the ocean is must (thankful it’s only a drive way) and doing more things just for fun — shooting film, pottery and spending time in our green house. Anywho, here’s a few links and thoughts that came across my mind/caught my eye this past week:
— I know it’s still going to be VERY hot in Phoenix until November, but I couldn’t help but buy Ace a pair of fall pajamas to start the celebrations early.
— One of my favorite OG bloggers, Alicia Lund, recently collaborated with Alex Marshall Studios to create the most beautiful chargers and side plates. I purchased two chargers and look forward to using them in the months to come.
— I was recently asked about our ceiling fans and thought I would share a link here – we chose them because they were low-profile, all white and really blend into our ceiling.
— I’ve been shooting more film this summer and have found so much enjoyment in it! I’ll be sharing more on my journey in another post, but wanted to share if you’re interested in having a film session done this summer/fall — my girl Kelsey Cowley is your go-to! I am so grateful for her mentorship through this process and feel so lucky that she’s photographed our family through so many different stages.
— My sweet husband has been hard at work this summer prepping for the busy holiday season ahead and we would love it if you gave our shop a little TLC!
